screaming at the screen
Nov. 8th, 2007 05:58 amI don't love all "old" movies, (just like I don't love all "new" movies,) but I do have a few favorites. One of them is The Thin Man. Actually, I'm quite fond of all five (!) sequels as well. I mention this because it topped Pajiba's Guide To What's Good For You: The Boozehound Cinephile. Quite rightly, I feel, as I'm pretty sure it's the only movie that can make me want a martini. I don't even LIKE gin!
It has lots of other redeeming qualities as well.
I haven't been sleeping well lately. Normally I write when I can't sleep, but instead I've mostly been sitting on my bed, staring into space, thinking too much. (Yes, you can think too much.)
And I keep half-finishing things.
It's frustrating.
It's nice to believe in someone.
